That depends on which county you are in. Not a lot of lacrosse being played in PG. But your point is not far off the mark. In Montgomery Howard and Frederick you would be spot on. Those counties soccer would be ahead of football as well.
Lacrosse, soccer and basketball are all bigger than football in Washington County. Actually, baseball is king out here.

Yes but that is beside the point. The school's stadium only seats 54,000 and in 2016 they averaged less than 40,000. They can not even sell out one of the smallest stadiums in the conference Despite being within 30 miles of two of the largest cities in the conference. 5 miles from DC and about 30 from Baltimore. Most DC residents as well as two of the largest suburban counties in MD all consider MD the Home team. Yet they can not sell out a tiny (By B1G standards) Stadium. Add to that they have no real tradition of winning and that they only sell out men's basketball. So the question is if a B1G championship falls into Byrd stadium. Will there be anyone their to hear it?
They're going to complete with Penn State for recruits with this coach but it's a really difficult fan base there are simply too many other teams to compete with. Many are die hard Ravens fans and the western part of the state are off the rails West Virginia fans. It's definitely a stepping stone job.

I'm hearing Palmer's OV to Clemson might not happen now after Nebraska's in-home last night. Sounds like it is down to Nebraska and NC State - who just got a CB from Tom Loy, who's pretty accurate. Well see how this plays out.

Man, if you guys somehow get Jean-Baptiste, Washington and Palmer, @ShortSideOption is gonna owe a lot of kisses  :Puke:

A promise is a promise. *** is a man of his word so probably should set up a booth or something to control the crowds. Maybe some wine and soft jazz.

We lived in Howard County, definitely was there. Been to a few Maryland games, football attendance was pathetic but basketball was fun.

Daniel Carson saved me from having to do the unthinkable.
