Big Ten guarantees four-year scholarships

The Big Ten announced Wednesday that all of its institutions will grant athletic scholarships for the entire term of an athlete's enrollment and allow some athletes who leave school to return and finish their degrees on scholarship.

If this is still the policy what happens if someone refuses to go?

Could be a medical hardship scholarship, academic scholarship. I did not read it so not sure if it says specifically, Football Scholarship.

A good late pickup from a quality HS football program. I don't know for a fact, but I bet he was offered a PWO status with a promise of a scholarship after his freshman year. Put about 20 pounds on him, and work on footwork and technique. Get him ready to plug into the new pipeline after some development. Coach Donovan Raiola doing the work!!
