4 Star JUCO WR Omar Manning is N! (On Campus)

I'm confused here. We can't be excited about Omar Manning's commitment because the #2-5 ranked JuCo WR's may not have worthy scholarship offers? If so, let's take a look at the #1-5 ranked JuCo WR's according to 247.

Committed school in bold with additional offers
  1. Omar Manning (Kilgord JC) - Nebraska, Arkansas, Florida, Florida State, Texas A&M, + 10 more
  2. Malik Heath (Copiah-Lincoln CC) - Miss St, Florida, South Carolina, Arkansas, Georgia, + 7 more
  3. Danny Gray (Blinn College) - TCU, Auburn, Baylor, Houston, Florida State, + 14 more
  4. Kundarrius Taylor (Copiah-Lincoln CC) - Memphis, Oklahoma, Miss St, Tennessee
  5. Norval Black (Lackawanna CC) - Penn State
Seems like the top JuCo 1-5 WR have decent offers..

Well said.....well said indeed...

Cannot be done without quality line play. Obviously, you don’t know much about the game.
Quality line play does little when you don’t have players around them to make plays. Obviously you understand nothing to the team concept. Every position is important and as such every player is important. Adding a dynamic athlete can help take the pressure off of the oline much like having a dominant oline can take the pressure off skill position players. There’s multiple ways to get to the truth of the game that is “score more than the other team.”

Wisconsin says hello.
Wisconsin also has dynamic athletes to go with oline play so not sure what the point of this is. Every Wisconsin team that gets pointed to as good, had dynamic athletes that if you make a mistake, they would consistently capitalize or win one on ones. Omar Manning is an excellent addition and will go a long way to pull defenses away from our oline opening up running lanes much like improved oline play will go a long way to giving time for Omar to run routes and stress the coverage.

I would add that in Frost's offense, you NEED to spread the field enough to keep the defense honest in the box and in the short zones. Even when the OL was playing well at the end of the year (or, rather, because they played well) defenses often put 8-9 in the box. If you are running Osborne's offense, that was expected, but in this offense, we never had a FB (well, almost never), and often didn't even have a TE, so you are looking at 5 blockers + a RB and QB against 8 to 9 defenders and that will never work.

The O is designed to count the number of heads in the box and make decisions based on that. If you can't pass well enough to threaten teams on the outside and into the seams downfield, the O will struggle no matter how good the OL is

It all starts in the trenches. You are not worth the time to try and explain. Why do you think the likes of Wisconsin, Ohio State, Iowa, run all over us? Ignorance is your bliss.

You are to dense to grasp the game beyond that kindergarten explanation. If you have no threats outside the defense crowds the inside thus making running more difficult. Even if your 5 lineman dominate their direct opposition the defense still has 4 other bodies to fill the gaps. If you don’t have the playmakers you are playing 10 vs 11 on most rushing plays and need to have a player make someone miss or capitalize on missed assignments. The game is won by the team who scored more, there are multiple ways to achieve this truth and your ignorance is exposed more with each post you make.
