Hopefully, this staff has done a good enough job building a real culture foundation that he can say things like that on X and have the kid not take it the wrong way.
One would be a complete fool, to NOT get as much as possible from him. We are talking about the greatest coach in history. Rhule is smart enough to get as much as possible from him. It’s free, sound advice. Costs only time. To me, you have to be willing to listen to be a great leader. No one person has all the answers, even though many coaches seem to think they do. You never stop learning, until you take your last breath.

In a nutshell. Like it our not, think MR ran off qbs because "his guy", Sirles has it right. We've had enough coaches in here that didn't show this. Easy to follow as a player, fair and next man up is on you
