Thought the same thing. I scored tickets to the Preds/Blackhawks game the night before, so the trip wont be a total wash....
 



Have to wonder if Gerry was one of the no buy in guys. There has been a share of issues with this senior class. I think maybe next year we will see a change in culture here.

He was quoted as saying there were some buy-in issues leading up to the Purdue debacle last year. It's also obvious to anyone with eyeballs that Gerry wasn't....I'll just say fully present...in that particular game. I think he struggled with the Bo to Riley transition as much or more than anyone.

Kid's been given the benefit of the doubt many times. I'm in the good riddance camp now.

Since Mr. Gerry is no longer an athlete or a student in good standing at the University of Nebraska, he should be treated the same as a fired coach. Security should escort him to his locker...he can pack his chit and then be escorted from the premises. His agent can pick him up at the curb and whisk him away to whatever NFL workout warrior gym they've selected.
