You should do some reading on Luton Town and there ups n downs over the last decade. They are actually an amazing success story after a very dark time in their history

They have a long and mostly successful history in English football. Much of it in the Top Division.

As for the second division in England it is consider by many to he the fourth or fifth best league in the world and arguably the toughest to get promoted out of

Lampard might have been better of staying down their until he honed his game as a manager ;)
