Nobody is a bigger fan of Harold Reynolds than Harold Reynolds.Don't know if anyone caught the Harold Reynolds comments about not being a fan of the Whit streak counting over two seasons. Not sure that's one I'd ring in on if I were a "respected" member of the punditry. Also blathered on about heavier bats in August or something, blah blah blah. So, he will apparently discount early season streaks for being less of an achievement than dog days streaks, as if pitchers don't benefit from the colder weather of March and April.

Congrats to Whit, from a 2017 season start in Omaha, to the 2018 MLB hits and SB leader, to now being the holder of the Royals' longest all-time hitting streak. Hard NOT to be a fan of that! George Brett is.

Once again, Jorge Lopez looks fantastic to start the game. He just gave up his first hit with two outs in the 9th, and it was on a pitchers pitch low out of the zone.
Two HRs (Dozier, Soler) have the Royals up 3-0 in the 4th.
Maybe he just needed you to light a fire under his ass.I was talking crap on Dozier the other day, and he goes out and homers in two-straight games. Hopefully he's coming around.
