One advantage is there are a lot of people in Omaha - friends, teachers, neighbors - who are excited about Husker football again, and think it is going somewhere. People he talks to daily will have lots of optimism and a positive view about it.I think Notre Dame is still more of a threat than Wisconsin or Iowa. I think Nebraska gets him in the end still.
If those kind of people naturally influence him, I think it might be a little infectious. It might be hard not to want to put himself into that story. I think it would be hard for me if I was in his shoes.
But who knows?
