Well written. Your right about this "Everyone knows this is going to sink him, sooner or later." : ) He has some solid values. He will need more though to stay longer.

So true.

Essentially, sports are men's soap operas. We speculate about outcomes based on imperfect information and the gossip about it. That's fine, but the various narratives are rarely accurate.
