I'm a little more optimistic than that. I think the record in conference will start out ugly but I think we will be close to .500. Anywhere from 7-10 to 9-9 IMO. This team is young but has more talent than I have seen since Danny Nee was here.

I hope you are correct re the talent. I am pensive, however, based on the performances against Creighton and The Citadel (we trailed that poor team late in the game). If your expectations for the conference record prove true, I will relax and enjoy things a little more, but in the meantime, my 70 years of experience as a UNL basketball fan controls and wanes any enthusiasm I try to conjure.
