Biggest Fear?
Overcoming the mental hurdles this team has been mired with for a decade.
More specifically, does the long-standing loser mentality change with this team? Has the culture truly taken hold?
I truly believe our turnover problem is partially a fear of failing problem (ironic that Frost pushed the No fear of failure mentality and created the exact opposite). Especially the timing of some of the turnovers.
