With all respect to Dawson. If we lose Tony which I do not want. we should go after Salavea who is leaving Oregon. Tuioti has shown the importance of having a Polynesian coach if you want to break into that community.

That said, open the pocket book and keep him here. Do not know if he is our best coach but he is certainly top 2-3. Great recruiter, the D line looked way better with him than it did with Dawson. Not to mention, who do we lose if he leaves? All signs point to him being very popular with his players.
