After letting it sink in for about 4 hours I still struggling. It's time to get rid of the defensive play caller, the Dc, lb dl and db coaches. I hate saying this but this crap is getting old. How in the hell do you not make adjustments or put your players in the position to compete? If this is what is going to happen for the remainder of the season, count me out. I don't care if we lose a game but the way we are losing is just not what #Nebraska fans deserve. I have fought, bled, and cried over this program. I didn't do all that for the program to become what it has today. Time for change! I will comment about the offense this week on Tommie's X's and O's. Trust me you don't want to miss it. #Huskers

Funny thing was, he was honored at halftime today! If anyone can get their attention, I would think it would be him.

Exactly. There's no shame in getting blown out by a salty, crusty group of veterans like the 15-20 freshmen UCLA rolled out there today.

That's the last time he gets a Hall of Fame trophy at Lincoln.

I have a hard time believing Tommie did that. (tweeted, not win the Hall of Fame honor)

What I find most disturbing about former players like Frazier or Peter taking their criticism public is that they must not feel like they can go and talk to the coaches in private.

It is not surprising. Benning started letting loose a little in the Big Red Overreaction show after the game. Jay Moore emailed the show with some not so kind words either. It appears these ex-players are not real happy with the direction of the program.
 



If, in fact, that WAS Tommie, that is an attention grabber. It gets the attention of those, like me, who are old enough to have seen him play. My guess is it will get the attention of the big donors, too. Are we seeing the beginning of a revolt by former players?

That should be an interesting one on one session when Damon interviews him prior to the SDSU game next weekend.
