Nothing against the National Rivals writers....but what the heck have they been looking at ? This kid throws the ball well...accurate and with zip when needed...and can throw long...and his poise and leadership are obvious...

The hard part of watching ESPNs High School coverage and halftime shows is that it seems like a constant commercial for their own recruiting service.
 




Stanton throws high . . . tipped and picked. Receiver probably should have caught it, but would have been a heckuva catch. Pretty good zip on the ball for throwing off the back foot with someone in his grill, though.
