Fighter is right. This was one of those surgeries where she needed to get up and walk ASAP... So I helped her take a lap around the hospital wing the first time. She said she felt like doing 2 laps. Then 3. Then when we got back to the room, the nurse came in and said don't walk so much... because her blood oxygenation had dropped (she overdid it). After that it was just one lap at a time.Your wife is an amazing fighter. God bless you both.
Good to hear. Now tell her she'd best get better quick if she wants off that tater dietStayed overnight in the hospital after the surgery Monday (me too -- trying to sleep on 2 wooden chairs). Everything looked good yesterday morning so they released her to come home. I had to go in to work today but she managed just fine.
