Same with Mitch Sherman, he has heard a name but will not say the name until it is confirmed. I'm a little surprised, from what everyone on here heard there was something in the works and ready to be announced almost immediately last week.

In my opinion, something happened that altered things. Bo has known about this since December (I had not heard that but that is what everyone is confirming) and you are still interviewing people less than 48 hours before the dead period ends when arguably your greatest position of need for this recruiting class is the defensive backfield...

Sipple had heard. Don't know about Sherman.
Sipple went on to say he didn't think it a big deal if a coach is not named. Jamrog could go out and recruit if they needed bodies, etc. I would think you would want your DB coach a known entity as soon as possible but getting the right person is probably more important.

I can't help but speculate that if Marvin is passed over, it wasn't Bo who did the passing.
Heard. Supposedly according to media sources, Bo knew about this a while ago and has a transition plan that would be impressive.
Early to be concerned, but it certainly would be nice to have someone in place by Wed, the end of the recruiting dead period. There has been no dead period in coach recruiting after all.
