Said Matt Farniok was the vocal leader last year and see and others need to move into that roll
 
As long as the practices are structured well, conducive to individual skill work, and also with enough repetition to improve execution, many of the young players should make a noticeable jump this spring, and it should translate on into the fall. The switch to having Dawson as ST coach should reap immediate benefits, IMO.
