FWIW, today's wind speed is nearly identical to last week's wind speed. Not saying it's a good day to pass the ball -- but last Saturday wasn't either. Wind today will be stronger at kickoff than the 4th quarter. 18-22 with gusts to 25-28 MPH to start, 15-20 with gusts to 22-25 MPH to finish. Not a huge change -- still windy -- though it was really windy overnight last night in Lincoln (30, gusts to 40).

Today's weather compared to last week is different in that last week there was sunshine with wind chill in the teens. Today there are clouds with wind chill in the teens. Also, last week the temperature slowly climbed to 32. Today, the temperature will slowly fall to 25. And, there very well could be snow flurries flying this afternoon -- though better chances south of Lincoln.
