That last play demonstrates what a smart and dsiciplined Giff appears to be on the last play. He had the inside handoff to the safety with eyes on the QB. Similar to JoJo. Always right there in the play.
We have been looking pretty solid in the middle. Really don't recall a play where there have been any gaping holes. Seems like the entire backend is always around the football. Not only are they hustling and playing with good leverage, but the eye discipline in the backend has been good. Bodes well for us as we enter back into B1G fray. Good foundation to build on. I see more takeaways coming as they get confidence built.
