Looks like a hands to the neck area drew a quick swing from Khalil. The entire OSU OL did that stuff all night and no flags. It happens in a flash and is a blatant violation. Personal foul, 15 yards.
In the NFL it is not allowable to hit the face mask. In NCAA rules it is anywhere in the face area, and is supposed to include shoving guys in the throat.
