Well crap, how many times has the B1G done this in the past?
I didn't even recall this. Do these complaints usually come from the other school and then get reviewed?
I just looked at some YouTube footage from the 9:18 mark and couldn't see what happened
I remember the penalty but never saw a replay. Did he just bitch slap the guy, or did he hit with a potential for injury? I could maybe see it for the latter but not for the former, which happens all the time

1) It would sure be nice if there was any level of consistency in college football
2) I'd probably get pissed off too if I was getting held every play
3) It'd sure be nice if we knew what he did to deserve missing an entire game... Our opponents can purposely try to destroy our starting QB's knee without so much as a slap on the wrist, even when there is clear video evidence.

Yes both starting safeties sat out the first half of the Northwestern game due to targeting penalties.
