Great pics. I've been to Bodie on 3 separate occasions. 1st time by myself, second time with my girlfriend and the 3rd time I took my son. It's a neat place and to think that at one point in time, it had more gold than Fort Knox.

Bodie was very cool. We spent more time there than we had planned. Would love to go back and do some more exploring.
If you do go back to Bodie, also hit Mono Lake and the check out the Tufa rock formations, it's really incredible to see in person.

I got a back country permit and my boys and I did the top down overnight.
We had the place to ourselves for most of it. Only saw 5 other people in 24 hours.
