2024 G, Nick Janowski, 6-3, 180 lbs, Pewaukee, WI - offered > N

A four-star recruit by ESPN.com, Janowski is ranked among the nation’s top 125 seniors by 247Sports, On3, and Rivals. He chose Nebraska over reported offers from Wisconsin, Marquette, Iowa, Iowa State, Georgia Tech, Southern California and Virginia Tech.

A 6-foot-3 lefty combo-guard, Janowski will bring a 3-point shooting specialist and so much more to Lincoln when he arrives on campus in June.
“He can really really do everything. He has a gift on the floor to see his teammates,” Pewuakee coach David Burkemper said after the Pirates’ 86-73 win over New Berlin Eisenhower. “He does a great job of finding lanes. It’s interesting playing with a kid like that. He can score but he’s also a willing passer.”

Saw this elsewhere:

On Tuesday night Nick had another 40+ game (41) in a matchup with a D1 commit (Bradley) who is also one of 6 finalists for Wisconsin Mr. Basketball. Pewaukee won by 20. He's now averaging 32.2 ppg, shooting splits are 55/40/82.

Nick Janowski #25 White Jerseys

Pewaukee BB regular 23/24 Season is now over. Janowski with 31.7 ppg, 8.7 rpg, 4.1 apg, 2.0 spg. Led team in every statistical category. :Mfclap: :Mfclap: :Mfclap:

Just doesn't look all that quick, and at 6'3" I'm not sure he gets that step back off in the BIG... But also has a couple years to maybe grow more and work the handles. Not disparaging the dude at all.
Janikowski is up for Wisconsin’s Mr. Basketball. The Duke recruit Kon Knueppel will get it but NK is one of the 2 or 3 best players in the state. He’s a dude. Sharpshooter mindset with outstanding footwork. He’s Tominaga’s replacement. May take a year or so.

Those numbers above were in the second highest division in Wisconsin.

Technically not over. Still in playoffs. Won first two games (with a round 1 bye) and their regional championship. Two sectional games and two games at state left yet.

I saw that, and watching some of the senior highlights, he looks much stronger. Looks like a really good player.
