With the caliber of athletes he is able to recruit and the support facilities and NIL money he has to work with, the expectations are what they are.

Following Urban, you either win the big games, or you move on and let someone else try to do that, its the "code of the West". And I am serious, as at a winning program like Ohio State, one guy is not that important, its a system, a program that makes it go.

Kinda like the mindset around here from 73-77. It blows my mind that Osborne all most got pushed out here because he couldn’t get over the hump with Oklahoma those years

Maybe. Have to see how far they will accept this. 3 straight now. People cave to pressure all the time. They are used to winning. Who knows what they might do? They haven’t been in this position in a while.
