You’re out west right? Is there any data to suggest that marijuana use is supplanting alcohol consumption?

Are people foregoing the six pack when they have a doobie? That would likely have a measurable outcome in decreased domestic violence.

Hopefully we will know the resolution to Mills situation shortly.
 
IMO...Mills had a chance to resurrect his career at GCCC and prove he is maturing as a young man. He has failed to do so...5 days prior to early signing day to boot. Too many red flags here. Time to move on and full court press Bivens.

Can someone interpret this for us? Is this saying he has been charged with felonies for failure to appear related to driving on a suspended license and speeding? If so, that sounds stupid or forgetful but it doesn't exactly make him public enemy #1.

driving under suspension and failure to appear are the 2 felonies. I bet he ends up spending a little time in jail. What his license was suspended for probably will be determining factor. This kid is in some trouble

Ridiculously stupid statement. First Failure to appear as long as he goes there to take care of it will probably be dropped. If he gets any time for driving under suspended license it will be no more than 30 days. These are not crimes that incur hard time. Any lawyer worth his salt will say he moved out of the area and had no way back to appear. The judge will probably give him a fine maybe 7 days in county jail and it will be done. @cthusker what has your experience been with this kind of case?
