I know I'm like a broken record on this, but the only CB's you really need to pay attention to are ones from Ryan Bartow and Steve Wiltfong. Those two have more connections than anyone else at 247. You'll generally see a lot of piggy backing off them with other guys CB'ing after those guys put theirs in. And unlike some local guys, they don't pick with their hearts *couBRIANTOWLEgh*. Some local guys are pretty accurate too, don't me wrong, some of them are pretty darn spot on...it's jsut that Bartow and Wiltfong are the two guys who should make your ears perk up.

Brian Towle has put in his CB for Bookie which, according to N2FL, means he's all but a lock to NU. :Biggrin:
Also, Tom Loy has now switched his CB to NU.

It also seems like Coach Williams might have to tell some kids no this year with all the interest from WR's. I am not concerned with WR or DB this cycle one bit. If we can land Pledger, that would be fantastic, especially with our depth at RB only being 3 guys this year and a true freshman in Bradley.

“It was a bit of a surprise when Radley-Hiles named UCLA and Nebraska his top two earlier this month. UCLA took five cornerbacks in the 2016 class, and it's widely believed that because of that, their DB class this year would consist of only two to three athletes, all of which would be more of the long, rangy safety type. If UCLA does in fact want a corner in this class, though, and it deems Radley-Hines to be the one it wants, the Bruins should have a very, very good chance of locking him in. Radley-Hines has had a great relationship with Demetrice Martin for years, and he's known 2016 signee Darnay Holmes and his family – they played on the same 7-on-7 team – for close to his whole life. He's not only former teammates with Husker signees Tyjon Lindsey, Keyshawn Johnson Jr. and Tristan Gebbia, but he's extremely close friends with all three as well. There’s nothing wrong with that at all, but Hadley-Riles doesn’t care about location or how far he needs to go for the right fit. I like the VERDICT, but it does presume something that might backfire on us. While R-H has shown the willingness to leave CA, what if he hasn't liked the move to IMG and it drives him back to the comfort of home? That is also a possibility. Besides, Florida and CA weather are closer than Lincoln weather...Lincoln is a far bigger move. I'm glad he has several friends already here.
