Wrestling the mildkitties

Nebraska leads the dual 9-3 but #3 ranked Northwestern Tsirtsis taking on Justin Arthur. Tsirtsis with a takedown at 1:20 remaining in the 1st.
 

Tsirtsis riding hard on top but can't even turn Arthur. Tsirtsis leads 2-0 at the start of the 2nd and takes bottom.
 
Tsirtsis gets a fast escape to lead 3-0 and has 1:24 riding time advantage with 1:30 remaining in the 2nd.
 
Tsirtsis with a quick shot for a takedown and leads 5-0. Arthur throws Tsirtsis around for a reverse, but it's out of bounds.
 



End of the second and Tsirtsis leads 5-0. Arthur starts down but Tsirtsis cuts him to try for bonus points. Arthur gets the point and a stall warning.

Tsirtsis gets the takedown and the 7-1 lead. Tsirtsis cuts Arthur to lead 7-2 and needs another takedown for the major decision. Tsirtsis in on a single at 30 seconds left. Arthur countering through the crotch, but Tsirtsis gets the takedown and the 10-2 victory for the major.

Nebraska leads 9-7 going to the break.
 
Green @ 157lbs against Northwestern Ben Sullivan. Green shoots right on the open whistle and lets Sullivan up to shoot AGAIN for a 4-2 lead before 2:15 remaining in the 1st. Green definitely going for bonus in this one.
 
Green on a low single with 30 seconds remaining in the 1st to take a 6-3 lead.
 
Green on bottom to start teh 2nd. Green tripods up, but Sullivan holding tight with a claw ride and tight waist. Green breaks free with 1:30 remaining in the 2nd for a 7-3 lead.
 




great action right at the end of the second with a shot by Sullivan, Green stuffs it and then reshoots for the takedown and the rideout to lead 9-3 after 2.
 
Sullivan starts the 3rd on bottom and gets the escape. Green needs another takedown and 18 seconds of riding time to get the major.
 
Green takes another shot but into a stalemate. both getting up slowly from the whistle, prolly a collision. 10 seconds remain.
 
Green not looking well at teh end of this. still on the mat after winning 9-4. gotta wonder if he's hurt somehow.

Nebraska leads 12-7.
 



Next up is Austin Wilson going against #8 Northwestern Pierce Harger @ 165lbs. this one should be very good!
 
Harger with a strong double leg for a 2-0 lead with 2 minutes remaining in the 1st.
 

Harger rides Wilson out. Wilson with some wild sitout scrambling on the restart but couldn't shake Harger. still 2-0 Harger at the end of the 1st. Stall warning on Wilson right at the end.
