Senior point guard Benny Parker said he was initially surprised when White would get into a zone and knock down 3-pointer after 3-pointer in practice, but it's happened so frequently that he now just considers par for the course.
"I think Andrew can bring a lot for us," Parker said. "He's a hard worker, and he knows what it takes to win. He's been in a winning program at KU, so he's bringing that to us here, about working hard, getting extra shots.
USA Today Sports Head coach Tim Miles called White a shooter that NU hasn't seen in some time.

I am anxious to see him in a game. I hope he scores 50 against the Bluejays.
I'm excited to see how he performs this year. I am hesitant to base in season performance off of off-season reports. Last year, Petteway and Pitchford didn't miss from the outside in summer workouts. Let's hope this year's edition transitions to the season!! With White and Fuller giving the team a couple outside options, should help ease the pressure!
