Funny now Neb is incapable in making adjustments...due to being young!! haha
It's been this way for six years...It is not new with BO not being able to adjust

College kids grow a ton in 2 or 3 years. They also develop skills, even if they didn't have great defensive coaching prior to a change.

Amazing the same upperclassmen gave up over 500 yards to BYU before they got a coach who "simplified the schemes" and is a great motivator.

What'd they give up the next week.

Of course coaching matters (most), but maybe the experience of the guys a coach takes over has something to do with it, too.

Bo actually benefited from the same effect in '03 (those '03 Huskers were much more talented than they looked in '02, mainly because they had a year's more growth and experience).

But in any event, we'll see where Texas ends up.

So far they beat a 3-4 KSU team, a 1-6 ISU team (and actually gave up the second most points ISU has scored this year), OU (who has been fairly week offensively this year), and a weak TCU team.
 
For the record, Nebraska players aren't executing the "simple things" right now. That's ultimately on coaching, but you can't "dumb down they system" further than it already has been.

Well, the coaches are also the ones who brought in the players that can't execute the "simple things". Bo needs to make changes before he is the one that gets "changed". Frank waited to long and that was his down fall, imo.
