Keep the 'THE:' Ohio State win trademark right to the word 'the'
Every Ohio State player announcing themselves on TV emphasizes "the" in The Ohio State University. It's become synonymous with the school. Now the school has the trademark.
Some university in Ohio now owns the trademark to THE (at least for sporting apparel). Some university in Nebraska should trademark BIG. I mean, B1G is taken, and Big Red is probably taken (by a bubblegum and/or a soft drink), but since common three-letter words are up for grabs, let's grab BIG. Or maybe grab a couple of three letter words, like BIG(TM) RED(TM).
