Steven Sipple is a senior writer covering mainly Nebraska football for HuskerOnline and On3. He has 30-plus years of experience in the Husker market, including 15 years as the lead sports columnist at the Lincoln (Nebraska) Journal Star. Since 2017, he’s also co-hosted the “Early Break” morning show on 93.7 FM “The Ticket.” He also enjoyed a stint as a sports writer for the Grand Island (Nebraska) Independent. Sipple grew up in Columbus (Nebraska) and currently resides in Lincoln.
