The thing that makes Tanners Bench the most impressive of all the testing. The 40 times are not done exactly the same as at the combine. So it is not 1-1 comparison. There is no denying what Tanner did he would have done exactly the same at the combine had he been invited.
Agree Ht. Especially considering the best performance by a Husker prior to yesterday was Adam Carriker with 33 (also Ryon Bingham.) Suh had 32. Wow!!The thing that makes Tanners Bench the most impressive of all the testing. The 40 times are not done exactly the same as at the combine. So it is not 1-1 comparison. I almost posted something snarky after some said that wrestling would make him weak because he had to cut weight. Then I decided not to. But see now you made me do it.Those dang wrestlers ain't afraid of work.
It really sucks for Tanner that he had so much coaching tumult throughout his career. Had he been able to play for another year under this staff, his draft stock would be much higher, imo, and that goes a few other guys too.The thing that makes Tanners Bench the most impressive of all the testing.
