I don't know what exactly they are doing here, but the idea that they are posting composite updates of a +0.0009 with a net change in rating since inception of 0.00078 is utterly ridiculous. Significant digits to the 5th decimal point on legit guess work.

I don't even have a crazy comparison to make..... but I will work on it. Stay tuned.
