What an amazing stat. To:
1) Think it has been the longest for us amongst the bluebloods
2) Then for it simply not to have happened during this morass we have been stuck in for 20 years
Then for it to last have happened in the middle of the greatest era of Nebraska football.
Amazing.
I hope we can keep that streak alive for the rest of this season. Michigan and Iowa worry me the most. Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin have the ability to limit this NU offense as well, but I would think/hope we will at least score in those home games.
Our running game is so unimaginative and ineffective against decent opposition. Our passing game is struggling due largely to poor pass protection. The first half against Rutgers was about as bad as I can remember a Husker team looking. Fortunately, the second half was a little better and just enough for us to win.
