Descend as in decline in quality? If you look at how they are recruiting now, combined with their history of developing players within their system, I think it is safe to say they will be as Wisconsin as usual.

No idea but pretty sure they had the #1 rated pocket QB enroll early this year. He was an Army all american this year.
They are all in on him. They actually burned Coan’s redshirt because this dude will be starting in 2019.
Taj Griffin if he is eligible to transfer would be a really nice pick up at RB
