Always like listening to Jay Foreman. And that's not because his dad Chuck was my favorite player on the Vikings when I was a kid. Jay's a well-spoken dude.
He knows his x's n o's and his jimmies n Joe's.
Always a treat to hear his observations.

It seems odd that he speaks so well of someone leaving. Until you realize that Rhule's treating people with respect must be a big part of why so few leave. IMO anyway.

Yep, a little slow for D line and as you said, a lot of competition from younger guys already coached into position.
Hoping Ru'Quan has better luck at his next stop. 
I sincerely hope he tries another/different position. He’s an NFL caliber athlete but not at QB.
FYI. I wonder how many understand your Knoblauch reference.
You might be surprised . . . lots of Gen X and older on here.
