More likely Laramie... Boulder is south of Lincoln by about 55 miles (40.015 N latitude vs. 40.807 for Lincoln) and it is about 67 miles per degree. Laramie is 41.34 and the Wyoming Colorado border is roughly 41 even. Maybe the troll is Craig Bohl?
