You are probably correct. Just saw this, so the early start time has definitely not affected ticket sales.
Creighton sports information director Rob Anderson reports that over 14,000 tickets have been sold for Wednesday’s Creighton-Nebraska volleyball match at CHI Health Center (5 p.m.).

That’s a good sign that the NCAA’s regular-season single-game attendance mark for volleyball (14,022, set by CU and NU in 2018) is likely going down.
