If Michigan wins, we are just Division Co-Champs. We go to the championship game becuase of the tie-breaker, but we would only be co-champs officially.

A tie breaker is a determination for who is the champion. In fact, if you were a Michigan fan trying to say that you were tied with Nebraska after loosing to them, you would appear to be "stupid".

According to the Big Ten, both teams would be considered co-champions and get Legends division trophies.
