Per Mike Schaefer at 247Sports, Nebraska offered 4-star JUCO OT Dontavius Blair recently. Dontavius plays at a JUCO school in Kansas is interested in visiting and could visit this weekend.

I wasn't able to find any publicly available film from the 2012 season. Therefore, here is a look at the high school highlights.

He is not yet rated by Rvials, ESPN or Scout....will be a 3-2 guy IF he plays in the 2013 season at Garden City....

2012 high school graduate so he will be a Sophomore this season....

Was rated a 4-star out of Anniston High School in Alabama by Scout....

Has a boatload of BIG-TIME offers from the likes of Ohio State, Florida State, Georgia, OU, Oklahoma State....which is very impressive for a JUCO this early in the recruiting cycle....

Funny I was thinking the same thing (i.e. Stanley Jean-Baptiste)...and I do not have an answer....recruiting JUCO kids....the region they are from is usually not as big an issue as it is with high school kids they are looking for the best opportunity to start and make a difference and we could offer him that....but he has some BIG-TIME offers...which gives him all the leverage....good to see us get in on him early....

And with Rose and Abdullah onboard from Alabama it gets our foot in the door....

Is he eligible to come out and be here for the fall?
