Need someone to manage workouts, treatments, lifting, attendance etc. It'll be up to the new Coach to make any changes.
Recruiting. Somebody has to be head coach. Under Osborne he sort of took those duties on when he took the recruiting test and went out on the road.
Yep recruiting, position evaluations. A bunch of stuff still happen regardless of whether there is game prep or not.
I'm very relieved that this era has come to an end. I have mixed emotions just due to the fact that I never want to see good people not succeed. Wish nothing but the best for Mike Riley in the future. GBR.
