Mick at 80

This is just absurd, voice aside ( never a good vocalist) the guy is 80 freaking years old I’m 60 and can’t imagine in 20 years doing that

A few years ago I watched a mini documentary about the diet and exercise regimen he keeps to maintain the energy required to keep putting on shows like he does. I was impressed, he is not taking his fame for granted, he is dedicated to putting on a good performance for his fans. Much of his act is physical, with all that strutting, pouting, and jumping he does. That is his identity, and he knows that energy is what fans want to see.

Great to see, and inspirational. I just turned 70. i am even more impressed by the rock stars that are belting out tunes for the public in their 60s and 70’s That have flawless voices. There are more out there than you know. I saw Kenny Loggins live in concert in town 4-5 years ago, and his range had not changed a bit, and his vocal quality was flawless. 2 of my friends are rock legends at age 69 and 65, and they still have incredible range and quality, and are currently on tour as the “Voices of Rock Radio.”

especially since every current singer today lip syncs, soon real live music will be a thing of the past. nothing like going to a concert and the most important thing to a performer is not playing music, but running around on stage like a idiot.

I know John Elefante (formerly with Kansas), Kevin Chalfant (sang lead for a time with Journey) and John Schlitt (lead singer for Petra) sing live today.
