The BUDs training or the Green Beret's selections are things that make special forces special. Round the clock physical/mental training and stress for 2-3 weeks on starvation rations with little sleep, as well as later jumping out of airplanes and undergoing SEAR torture experience and other training. One day does not a Navy Seal make.
