I saw where they have been around for some 25 years now. I just heard them for the first time the other night. I am digging just about all of what I've heard so far. I'm hoping that they play somewhere close to here sometime soon. Love the sound and style they have.
Nice. I understand your thoughts on jam bands, as most people I know essentially feel the same way. They are knew to me, so, I am at this point digging them quite a lot. Not sure that they will play anywhere near me, but if they do, I will do my best to go see them. They're worth checking out if they are in your area. I'm usually pretty harsh on jam bands because, IMO, they're a dime a dozen and far too many of them are nothing more than "wheedle-y, wheedle-y" solos ad nauseam, without much substance. Also, it's tiresome when the "Relix" crowd crowns every band as the next big thing. However, I think these guys are better than your average hippie band.
I'd probably take that as a sign.No comments from anyone at all? I had just heard these guys on a local station, and thought they sounded pretty damn good. Would love to see them live, hopefully soon.
That's mean, that's just mean man! HAHA!!!!I'd probably take that as a sign.
By chance, I happen to find out today that they are going to be coming for two nights in a small casino on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just after Christmas. I'm stoked about it, tickets are only like $30 bucks. I will be there as it's less than a couple hours from me. So cool. So looking forward to it.They're worth checking out if they are in your area.
