Congrads to both....can't wait to see Tyler hook up with Andrus Peat () in the future on the O-line.... Really surprised Ameer did not make first team....

WR Kenny Bell, 6-2, 175, Nebraska*: Had a team-high 29 receptions with 24 of those in Big Ten play. Second-most receptions and receiving yards ever by a Nebraska freshman.

L (T) Tyler Moore, 6-6, 300, Nebraska: Started first four games at tackle, most starts ever by a Nebraska true freshman offensive lineman. Also is the first Nebraska true freshman to start the season opener on the offensive line.

HONORABLE MENTION: Ameer Abdullah, KR, Nebraska

Well, Ameer was great the 1st several games, but then opponents started to kick away from him, or load up the kick defense to negate his return ability. And, he didn't have enough offensive appearances to be really meaningful. 2nd team is still a great achievement.

Bell and Moore -- can't wait to see more of them. They are destined to develope as real game changers. Wish we had more.
