Yogi was one of a kind. But the players during his Era were characters with all sorts of interesting stories and backgrounds. I watched that on Netflix last summer and loved it. I can't tell you how many books I've read about the old time players, from the 1869 Cincinnati Red Stockings to the '63 Mets. If they had a biography, I read it mostly while I was in high school in the 70's. One of my favorites was by Red Schoedienst about the Gas House Gang St Louis Cardinals of the 40's. Fun stuff.
