Prep sports power IMG Academy to be sold for $1.25 billion
From an athletics standpoint, nothing is expected to change in terms of day-to-day operations and setup at IMG’s Bradenton campus.

I don’t get it.
Sounds like a business deal, what's not to get?![]()

That was my thought.Sounds like a business deal, what's not to get?
The quote below, kind of disagrees with the bold.According to Forbes, the Cincinnati Bengals are valued at $3B, last in the NFL. By comparison, the $1.25B price tag for a boarding school seems slightly inflated.
As part of the deal, IMG, which houses more than 1,400 students on its 400-acre campus each year, is partnering with Nord Anglia Education, which operates 82 boarding schools across 33 countries, including some in Asia. Those schools will have access to IMG’s sports curriculum.
so a "british" firm based out of hong kong china bought a US school? ok....
Ah, yes. Your help is appreciated. I missed that part.Sounds like a business deal, what's not to get?
