Made an unofficial visit and it looks like we are in the drivers seat for him....as you will recall we have taken a couple of recruits in the past from San Francisco CC including Zac Taylor, Mo Purify and DeJon Gomes, so the school is no stranger to the Huskers...JUCO recruits are not rated yet....expect him to be a high 4-star....

Hopefully this connection helps us land his commit....

Bo knows LBs so this young man must have something going for him....

Also being recruited by Clemson, Nevada and Texas Tech....

Has not been offered....yet...

Any thoughts on Ward?

Frankly, I don't think he'll get an offer. LB is pretty deep in this class and I don't think they'll want to use a scholarship on this one after last year's LB class and the one the Huskers are putting together now. We're still very much in the hunt for Claiborne and Newby, and already have Banderas and Love. If we miss on Claiborne or Newby, I think there are still a couple more options before Ward gets a solid offer.
