Oh yeah...you are referring to the "surrender whites"!!! Usually it was always an away game. Dallas used to refer to their dark uni's as bad luck because they were their road uniforms.

Cowboys rarely has too wear the blue uni. The vast majority of teams were their dark jerseys at home. Cowboys are one of the rare ones that wear white at home. So the only time they wear the blue is when other teams wear white at home. Which may just be the Redskins and...not sure. And the Redskins were good back in the days of this bad luck blue.
