To be fair, the University was the first one to ban tailgating back in July. But the city needs to make things easier for the businesses that are just trying to make a living IMO.

I hope Lincoln lightens up on the businesses a little. I was planning on coming to Lincoln at least once this fall and watching the Huskers and other games in some of the downtown bars. They could use a little support and I am missing my game day football.

exactly. They don't have to risk losing their business due to coronavirus restrictions. In fact they can simply use that as excuse to get more out of us. They will increase taxes percentage wise on everything else and never drop it back down once sales tax revenues are back up.
